Company History and Certification
Erwin Aero Industries Ltd. was founded by Clarke and Sandy Erwin in December 1997.
Over the years we have grown and expanded in many different areas:
- February 2002 Erwin Aero Industries Ltd. received A.M.O. approval from Transport Canada.
- June 2004 Erwin Aero Industries Ltd. completed 6400 sq. ft. hangar at the Airdrie Airpark.
- April 2005 restructuring occurred; as a result ERWIN AERO INDUSTRIES LTD. is now operating as ERWIN AERO INTERNATIONAL LTD.
- July 2006 Erwin Aero International Ltd. AMO 60-02 received Non Specialized Maintenance approval from Transport Canada.
- December 2007 Erwin Aero International Ltd. AMO 60-02 received Avionics approval from Transport Canada.
- July 2007 Erwin Aero International Ltd. AMO 60-02 received European Aviation Safety Agency, (EASA) Part 145 maintenance approval. #745.7183
- January 2008 Erwin Aero International Ltd. AMO 60-02 received Manufacturing approval from Transport Canada.
